The EU General Data Protection Regulation has come into force. For companies in the real estate sector, this brings with it a whole raft of tasks, requirements and process adjustments in relation to transparency, consent and the storage and further processing of personal data.
Is the EU GDPR still a black box to some extent? We don’t think so – we believe consistent implementation of the new data protection rights of EU citizens makes absolute sense and is achievable.
